Mary Lee Chin, MS, RD is a registered dietitian and principal of Nutrition Edge Communications, working with commodity food groups and food industry on nutrition education and public relations projects. She is regularly consulted by the media on significant health and food issues and nutrition trends. Her challenge is to help people enjoy eating well while making wise food choices. Her nutrition training and Asian American heritage have inspired her to tailor her mother’s traditional recipes for the modern and healthy dinner table.
